Research on Distributing of Cutting Temperature Field in Plunge Milling Ti Alloy

摘要
Theory model of cutting area temperature field is established based on superposition method of thermal source. Finite element simulation analysis of the cutting area temperature field of the workpiece is gotten by the method of the given heat source. Semi-artificial thermocouple method and infrared thermograph are used to measure cutting field temperature of work piece. The comparison among analysis of simulation result, measured value and theory model calculation value shows that they has good compatibility.
