Design and Implementation of Knowledge Base for Project Risk Management Based on Ontology

The establishment of application knowledge base can effectively help the knowledge transfer and share with knowledge. On the basis of design of total system structure, this paper presented the structure of an applied ontology and its construction process. The project risk management knowledge, which serves as the knowledge basis of this system, is described by the ontology. The main information elements and their entity relation in the case database of this system are designed. This knowledge base can be used and expanded for the specific project risk management system.
