摘要
Zn-based nanoparticles were precipitated into nanoporous alpha-SiO2/Si templates using chemical and electrochemical deposition. Nanoporous SiO2 layer on Si was created by the irradiation with fast Xe ions at cyclotron DC-60 (Astana, Kazakhstan) and further etching in HF solution. Surface morphology, pore structure and light emission of the synthesized nanocomposites were characterized. The presence of zinc oxide nanocrystals in SiO2/Si track template was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.
