摘要：

The contribution represents one of the ways of education with an emphasis on teamwork informal knowledge sharing. Specifically, the study program of creativity and innovation, its unique integrated offer original solutions approach to customers and products, processes, supports the development of innovative thinking, creating innovative environment and consequently increase the level of corporate innovation culture. The aim of the study is to enhance creativity, master the techniques and methods for developing creativity and ability to apply the changes and innovations in practice.
