摘要
The behavior of Cu during the crystallization processes in Fe-Zr-B amorphous alloy was studied by atom probe field ion microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It was found thar Cu atoms formed clusters prior to the crystallization reaction. During the crystallization, Cu enriched clusters provided nucleation sites for alpha-Fe phase so that the nucleation density of alpha-Fe phase is increased.
