摘要
The behavior of elastic constants of piezoelectric materials polarized has been studied by means of ultrasonic velocity measurement. Piezoelectric ceramics were studied using polarization fields in the range 010 kV/cm. The elastic module is not frequency dependent at the studied frequency range. The precision of the ultrasonic velocity method was of 0.1%. (c) 2005 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
