摘要
In the present research it is realized a study to obtain sorghum Bioethanol, in response to the need to explore other raw materials for obtaining alcohol by fermentation, which are not traditional. As main agent in the saccharification the UDG-110 sorghum malt is used. The experiments are conducted taking into account different variables combined, using the acid saccharification stage, sorghum malt, barley malt and amylase, demonstrating that the sorghum malt and barley malt have a similar effect so that one can be replaced by another. Also, it is appreciated as the combination of the enzyme with the sorghum malt, increase the results in all quality parameters measured, but must be in the low levels studied. The residue of the process after a simple treatment has the features needed to be considered as animal feed because levels of protein and minerals are within the parameters established for these products.
