摘要
Based on the set pair analysis model, the evaluation model of water resources carrying capacity of Sanjiang Plain has been established. The six relative indicators are selected as evaluation factors, for example per capita amount of water supplied, use efficiency of water resources, irrigation ratio of arable land, water supply modulus, water demand modulus, the water resources of per capita. Water resources carrying capacity is evaluated in Sanjiang Plain, and the evaluation grade map is drafted by GIS. The result indicates that water resources carrying capacity belongs to III degree in Anbang Basin, which has already approached to saturated value, Tongfu, Luobei and Naoli belong to I degree, which are in the initial stage of water resources utilization, exploitation potential is huge.
