摘要
The influence of immunomodulators of different nature (rIL-2, thymalin, levamisole, interferon-alpha) on the growth of human and mouse tumour explants and isolated tumour cells has been investigated. It was shown, that immunomodulators exert different effects on the growth of tumour explants and isolated cells depending on the nature, doses of immunomodulators, and particular model of tumour growth used in the experiments. Comparative analysis of immunomodulators' effects showed that rIL-2 has the greatest identity of action on the tumour cells and explants in various model systems. Revealed differences of immunomodulators effects testify to a necessity to determine individual sensitivity of human tumors to immunomodulators, irrespective of their nature.
