摘要
Sensory profile method was used to describe off-odours in paper intended for food packaging. Paper was analysed at four different storage periods, both as dry samples and as moist samples. The sensory panel could easily discriminate between the samples due to the different storage periods, and the intensities of most of the sensory attributes were higher in the moist samples compared to the dry samples.
