摘要
In over-the-horizon radar (OTHR), multipath echoes from different directions caused by multi-layer structure of the ionosphere are coherent. This paper proposes a two-step two-dimensional direction-of-arrival (2D-DOA) estimation method with an L-shape array based on the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar technique, which improves the performance of coherent DOAs estimation of OTHR. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
