Computer supported management of collaborative project work

A method of management of collaborative work on a project is suggested. The method provides complex dynamic coordination of temporal, qualitative, and human resource requirements of the project process. The method builds a schedule of groups of project tasks. The tasks of each group are maximally close in terms of task relevant skills. The sequence of task groups serves as a constructive work environment for assigning project workers to project tasks. Groups of collaborative project workers are formed to perforin tasks. Project workers are assigned by means of optimal coordination of task relevant skills with personal skills. The method provides management of dynamic task groups. The goal of management is stability of task groups. The method provides management of dynamic collaborative groups. The goal of this management is adaptation of composition and quantity of collaborative groups to dynamics of task groups and dynamics of personal skills. The method may serve as a constructive basis for development of effective tools of computer support of project work organization.
