The commercialization of optical techniques in Russian regions: Experience and problems

摘要：
In this article we made an attempt to consider some problems of Russia in the field of innovations. So the survey of situation with Russian innovation structures was given and also the necessity of region informatization was underlined. Moreover the basic problems in the field of innovations were revealed: the lack of experienced personal, bureaucracy barriers and not clear "rules of game" in the field of innovation activity. On top of that we were able to examine the activity of innovation enterprise ("Volgasvyazinontaj" Saratov, Russia).
