摘要:
The solubilities of decanedioic acid in binary solvent mixtures consisting of ethanol + cyclohexane, ethanol + n-heptane, and ethylene glycol + water were determined by a dynamic method over the temperature range of 291-352K. The solubility in mixed solvents was slightly greater than both of the pure components (the synergistic effect) at some compositions in the systems of decanedioic acid + ethanol + cyclohexane or n-heptane. The measured solid-liquid equilibrium (SLE) data were correlated with the Wilson model and the non-random two liquid (NRTL) model. Furthermore, the relation between the synergistic effect and the azeotropy character of the mixtures of solvents was discussed. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
