摘要
Environment impact evaluation is very important for highway construction management and its sustainability. The quality of evaluation is affected mostly by the assessment method and index weight. A variable index weight synthetic evaluatibn method based on attribute math is given out in this paper. According to the characteristics of Attribute math method, evaluation can be carried on easily while little information has been lost in whole process. The processes of evaluation and index weight calculation have been explained in detail. At the same time, a model for the computation of index variety has been put forward, which helps to yield more correct results than using constant weight to evaluate. At last, an example has been show to explain the application of the attribute variable weigh assessment method on environmental impact evaluation affected by highway. The evaluation method is more reasonable and reliable comparing with some other evaluation methods.
