In this paper, full dynamic model of vehicle is used for Active Brake System (ABS) and Active Suspension (ASUS) Control. Dynamic model of vehicle included 17 Degrees of freedom (DOF) with the all dynamic models of steering, suspension, motor, braking and other systems. Suspension and braking systems were controlled with variable structure control and with the concept of integrated control. The results show that the slip behavior of steering system is improved in straight and curved paths. Also, stop distance of vehicle is decreased. Suspension behavior is controlled with a new integrated control method. The RMS of acceleration of sprung mass center is improved 30 to 35%. Meanwhile the ASUS system has improved the time and stop distance as value 3 to 5%. This is an important result of coupled dynamic model and integrated control of vehicle.
