摘要
That globalization understood as a set of interrelated phenomena has caused and continues to cause important effects in the legal field seems a statement beyond doubt. Less peaceful and unanimous is the assessment of such changes on the law and more specifically on human rights. The theory and practice of human rights characterized by its foundation and universalist vocation have managed to provide coherence to the legal-political discourse on the part of Humanity. However, in recent times, the reaction towards them has not ceased to the extent that globalization has been perceived by some cultures as an expansion of the West of which human rights are a substantive part.
