摘要
Wc synlhesized a new type of C10- :fluorescence probe using 2,7-dibromo-9-fluorenone as :raw trial tlial by two-step conventional reaction. In phosphate buffered saline (PBS). With the increase of C10-, the emission of the probe at 511 nm gradually enhanced, presenting green fluorescence emission. The probe reacted with CIO- quickly and the reaction was completed within 10 s. In addition, the present method exhibited high sensitivity to C10- with a until of diltiliomi ()I 0.74 lamol " I, '.Ciii imag( (xperiments showed ilial the probe could (1(.1(.N1 endogenous and exogenous C10--- at the cellular level.
