摘要
Leaky-wave antennas (LWAs) are quite attractive for image scanner or communication applications featuring the beam steering capability by simply sweeping the operation frequency. In this work, we report on an InP-based periodic microstrip leaky-wave antenna with a grounded coplanar waveguide to microstrip line (GCPW-MSL) transition. The InP substrate allows the monolithic integration of the LWA with state-of-art InP based THz sources to achieve highly compact THz transmitters for mobile THz applications.
