摘要：
In this paper design of Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) using injection locking technique is proposed. The circuit simulation is done by Cadence Virtuoso Analog Design Environment using SCL 180nm CMOS process. Simulation results shows that the VCO achieves tuning range of 150% over the range of 508 MHz to 3.56 GHz with the phase noise of -126 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset frequency. The power dissipation of the circuit is 110.4 mu W from 1.8 supply voltage.
