摘要：

Urethral complications due to the artificial urinary sphincter include spongiosal atrophy and device erosion.(1) To our knowledge stricture in the region of the urethral cuff has not been reported as a long-term complication of artificial urinary sphincter implantation. We report a case in which a recurrent urethral stricture beneath the cuff has been successfully managed with periodic filiform and follower dilation.
