摘要：

Four new coumarins, namely (-)-12-methoxyinophyllum A, (+)-12-methoxyinophyllum H-1, (-)-12-methoxyinophyllum H-2, and inophyllum J, along with two known compounds, 12-ethoxyinophyllum D and isoinophynone were isolated from the leaves of Calophyllum inophyllum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, and complete assignments of H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments.
