摘要
This article is a survey of the current status of the classification and enumeration of self-dual linear codes of small to moderate lengths over the fields F-2, F-3, and F-4 and the rings Z(4), F-2 + uF(2), and F-2 + nu F-2. Self-duality is considered using a variety of inner products. We also examine formally self-dual binary codes and additive self-dual codes over F-4. (c) 2005 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
