A catalytic method for synthesis of 6-aryl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4[5H]-ones by heteropolyacids:: H14[NaP5W29MoO110] and H3PMo12O40

摘要
Derivatives of 6-aryl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4[5H]-ones (4) under bar, are synthesized from reaction of 5-amino-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo-4-carboxamide (1) under bar with aromatic aldehyde in the presence of heteropolyacids, H3PMo12O40, H-3-PMo, and H-14[NaP5W29MoO110], H P-14(5)-Mo with high yields. The catalytic activity of H-3-PMo is found to be lower than H14P5-Mo. (C) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
