摘要
In the production of shaped wire, to manufacture by drawing process, there is a proper die design, reduction par pass and die-half angle, and in order to elucidate them, FEM analysis and shaped wire drawing are carried out, and in FEM analysis, it is possible to check the effectiveness of the die for extracting irregular shapes and the filling property of the wire. In addition, it is possible to manufacture magnet wire with good surface properties of drawn shaped wire by setting the die-half angle to be larger than that of the normal drawing process.
