摘要
With the rapid development of the mobile communication network in Xinjiang, the online operation equipment based on mobile communication platform is more and more diverse and complicated. Yet so far there have been few management systems focusing on visual mobile base station. According to this requirement, the Xinjiang Mobile Visual Base Station Management Information System has been developed. The development of this system is built on C# language; Ajax technology is applied to the client of WebGIS, to get Data according to own needs, and to improve the network response efficiency. by shortening the waiting time between the networks. The system develops the server of GIS functions, such as spatial query, attribute query, statistics analysis, etc, by using the technologies of NET and ArcGIS Server.NET ADF; establishes a 3-layer WebGIS structure (data layer-business layer-performance layer) based on the B/S model. Graphics and attribute dates are distributed stored and managed in relational database Oracle 10g through ArcSDE (Spatial Data Engine). ArcGIS Server adopts distributed deployment to publish and manage the map service, which enables the system to have the high operating efficiency, high flexibility, extendibility and scalability. The system can real-timely access to the base station operational status, combine with the GIS technology, display dynamically the base station of the normal, the overflow, and the retreat serving through the vector map and raster map, allow users to intuitively manage base station information: query, browse, localization and statistics, so that we can effectively manage the mobile communication equipment and improve the quality of mobile communication.
