摘要
The combination of technological innovation and technological application has injected vitality into China's development. But few scholars combine the two stages closely and discuss them in depth. Therefore, this paper closely combines the characteristic of the technological innovation stage and the technological application stage to analyze China's technological innovation technology application system. This paper selects 30 provinces in China from 2016 to 2018 as the research sample, and uses the two-stage epsilon based-measure (EBM) model to closely integrate the technological innovation stage and the technological application stage to discuss the total efficiency, the staged efficiency and the efficiency of various variables. The results showed that China's technological innovation-technical application efficiency value needs improvement; there is positive and effective innovation activity between technological innovation and technological application. In order to promote the effective development of technological innovation and technological application, and improve the vitality of technological market, relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
