Exceeding discussions around the major objectives which electronic business offers, the next step is optimizing and determining the state of fact, meaning to determine the market value of the company. Performance indicators are the main elements that the optimization of the entire process should be based on. Without knowing what is to be optimized, the financial performance cannot be considerably improved, especially in the long term. If at the moment lot of performance indicators are described, not all meet the requirements of an electronic business. This paper proposes two performance indicators, SCU and RAT, which aim to determine market value of the business (from one perspective) and improved absorption rate obtained from search engine traffic.
