With the rapid development of society, multimedia and network English teaching has become college English teaching model gradually. However, the model is not perfect and some problems exist in the practical teaching. The paper puts forward the idea of establishing ecological teaching model from the perspective of ecological teaching. It first sets forth the view of ecological foreign language teaching, then analyzes the imbalance phenomena among the three factors: environment, teacher and students in present college English classroom, and then advances establishing ecological English classroom from the three aspects: teaching environment, relationship between teacher and students, and evaluation system. The research aims at improving teaching quality to achieve sustainable development of teaching model.
