CASE REPORT OF CAESAREAN SCAR ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

Caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy is one of the most uncommon types of ectopic pregnancy. It occurs when a blastocyst implants on a scar from a previous Caesarean section. The number of Caesarean births has grown, which has raised the incidence of Caesarean scar tissue. Sonography can be used to make an early diagnosis of this. It is critical since a delay can result in an increase in maternal morbidity and mortality. Early detection allows for quick treatment and improves the outcome by preserving future fertility. As our case involved a caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy with no symptoms and she was hemodynamically stable while nursing, injection methotrexate was not used. As a result, under ultrasound guidance, a combination therapy of mifepristone and MVA was chosen. After the aspiration, the patient's serum Beta HCG level was checked until it was negative.
