Experimental and theoretical results of quantum transport in superconductor-semiconductor junctions are summarized. We will first show the experimental results of reentrant behavior of the conductance as well as of giant Andreev backscattering. Then Andresv reflection in the quantum Hall regime is described. The charging effect on the proximity correction is finally discussed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
