摘要
This article discusses the development of a nurse faculty mentoring program at a public, four-year, comprehensive university in southeastern United States. The faculty mentoring program was designed to build the professional and scholarly development of both new faculty and their experienced faculty mentors. An additional goal was to encourage retention within the department.
