On knowledge migration and knowledge transfer

摘要：
Knowledge migration theory emphasizes the method of individual acquiring knowledge and the ability to apply. Knowledge transfer theory regards knowledge as a flow of information resources and it researches knowledge sharing in different subjects. But, people are apt to confuse the two issues. In this paper, the author analyzed themes of more than 3700 articles where come from CNKI. Through the comparative study on the connotation and the extension of both, it illustrates their differences and connections. At last, it points out that the use of knowledge migration theory can be more effective in promoting knowledge transfer.
