摘要
Our Government is committed to promoting the equalization of basic public services. However, the contradiction restricts the process for equalization of basic public services in megalopolis, which exists between the growing size of resident population and relative shortage of supplying ability of basic public services resources. Because of the complexity of population structure in the megalopolis, basic public services demand for resource of permanent residents and non-permanent residents as the two type's social groups in megalopolis is different. Effectiveness of the supply of basic public services from Government depends on the satisfaction degree of the demand. Matching degree of supply and demand is the important evaluation index for the equalization of basic public services in megalopolis. To determine the type and quantity of the basic public services supply according to the differences of demand will make limited basic public services resources meet the demands of different groups of people in maximum, and improve the relevance and effectiveness of the basic public services supply.
