摘要
Neuroendocrine tumors can secrete many specific (proinsulin, gastrin, serotonin, caicitonin) and general biomarkers (chromogranin A, neuron specific enolase). Hormonal evaluation depends of the clinical presentation, the tumor location and their differentiation. CgA in serum is the general biomarker the most performant. One high CgA level must be interpreted with the gastrin concentration and the renal function. The biomarkers are diagnostic, pronostic tools and used for the follow-up. Their interpretation oblige to have specific knowledges.
