Transformational leadership from the green environmental sustainability look

The article, the transformational leadership from the green environmental sustainability perspective of the Hermilio Valdizan National University (Peru), plays a very important role in responding to the demands of our generation without jeopardizing the capacity of the present and future generations to attend to their own and collective needs and interests. The training of human talents in green sustainability is part of the solution to many of the problems of morbidity and mortality. Therefore, we protect Mother Earth and its biodiversity. Reconfigure the meanings for knowledge generation based on environmental, political, social, cultural and intercultural analysis and interpretation. It is concluded that the transformational leadership with a green sustainability perspective in the teachers of the National Hermilio Valdizan University is in the middle level with a high tendency, leading to the development of capacities and competences in a proactive way in environmental conservation and rehabilitation, framed to the university social responsibility within the framework of environmental justice.
