摘要
We have analyzed dynamic lung impedance recorded by electric impedance tomography in the high-frequency oscillatory ventilation of the laboratory pig. The aim of the study was find out if electrical impedance tomography can be used for an assessing of the tidal volume in high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. The analyzed amplitude of dynamic lung impedance was compared with the tidal volume computed from flow that was measured at the orifice placed before endotracheal tube. We have found out that amplitude of dynamic lung impedance does not correspond with tidal volume within conducted experiment.
