摘要
Three devices with different configurations were fabricated to study their electroluminescent properties of four multifunctional 8-hydroxyquinoline zinc derivatives. Results were found they showed strong yellow-light emission with excellent hole-transporting abilities. On the base of these results, a white device was constructed to investigate their yellow-light emission and hole-transporting properties. Interestingly, the on-set voltage of these derivative were below 8V, and their luminescence was up to 3164 cd m(-2) for M-4, 4624 cd m(-2) for M-3, and 3556 cd m(-2) for M-2 with power efficiency beyond 1.65 1m W-1, respectively.
