Literature Review of Entrepreneurial Fear

With the development of the research of entrepreneurship, the role of emotion in the entrepreneurial behavior is more and more concerned by scholars. As a negative entrepreneurial emotion, entrepreneurial fear always affects the behavior of entrepreneurs. This paper summarizes the two dimensions of entrepreneurial fear, that is fear of failure and fear of success, and explains the specific content of these two constructs, their process of development and the respective impact on entrepreneurship. Finally, this paper discusses the nature of entrepreneurial fear. The purpose of the paper is to summarize the related research results, and to provide reference for the further study of entrepreneurial emotion.
