摘要
Diffractive optical element (DOE) can be used for beam shaping to realize some required intensity distributions on the focal plane. The phase design of the DOE is generally considered as an optimization problem and optimized by many kinds of algorithms. In optimization, the intensities of the sampling points on the focal plane are optimized to be consistent with the required beam shaping, but the other points are not consistent with such a requirement. In this paper, according to qualitative analysis, a new design method with a new sampling interval on the focal plane is adopted to design the DOE for realizing two kinds of true beam shaping. The results obtained by this new method are that the intensity of any point on the focal plane is fully filled with the required demands. besides the used sampling points in the optimization.
