A Summary of Studies on Perceptions of Organizational Politics

In the working environment, the scarcity of resources leads to the existence of political behavior. Perceptions of Organizational Politics (POP) as the subjective feelings and evaluations of political behavior in the workplace will affect the work attitude and work behavior of the staff, so it is important for its cognition and research. Through the summary of the previous research, the article introduces the concept of POP, structural dimension and measurement tools, combing the relevant research context, and finally talk about the existing research and make recommendations for future research.
