Tribological Properties of the Epoxy Composites Filled with Dispersed Particles and Thermoplastics

摘要
It is shown that a material filled with AG-1500 antifriction graphite particles (range of particle sizes 63-80 mu m), pearlite particles (range of particle sizes 5-10 mu m), and PA-6 polyamide granules in the ratio 60 : 20 : 30 has the highest tribological properties. For a sliding speed v = 1.0 m/sec, this composite has the following characteristics: friction moment M = 1.0-1.2 N center dot m, friction coefficient f = 0.20-0.22, temperature T = 340-341A degrees K, wear rate I (m) = 0.4-0.5 mg/km, and the running-in distance l = 2500-3000 m.
