摘要
Objectives. Implementation of health interventions in occupational settings has greatly evolved in recent years as a result of national and regional health plans and its methodology is very important. The objective of this paper is to give an overview, as a methodological guide of facilitators and barriers that can be encountered in the implementation of public health intervention in occupational settings through a literature review and interviews. Method. The method used here consists in a narrative review of the literature in the field of implementation of health interventions in occupational settings and in interviews. Results. The implementation of health interventions in occupational settings is influenced by many factors related to the external context (economic context, relations with health insurance...) and/or internal to the company (social relations, involvement of the different actors...) to obtain sustainable prevention in the workplace. Conclusion. Successfully identifying barriers and facilitators to the implementation of a health intervention in an occupational setting is not always obvious and takes necessary time. However it is necessary to identify some important methodological issues for efficient and sustainable public health studies in occupational settings. (C) 2011 Elsevier Masson SAS.
