摘要：

The effects of the implementation of flexible educational model of a public university in Mexico, in aspects of educational quality are presented in this paper such as the integral formation of the students and the timely completion of their studies. It is a descriptive study through a content analysis of official documents. The results reported increased participation in student mobility programs and scientific summer and decrease in the number of graduates per year. (C) 2015 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
