摘要
This paper proposes hybrid differential evolution (HDE) combined with Lagrangian relaxation (LR) to solve the unit commitment problem (UCP). In this paper HDE algorithm is used to tune the Lagrangian multipliers. The UCP is solved by the LR method. The proposed approach is tested for 10 units with 24 hours demand horizon and compared with other methods to verify its robustness.
