摘要
This study aimed to investigate the effect of intraarticular tranexamic acid (TXA) administration on blood loss, inflammatory reaction, coagulation and knee joint function recovery in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). One hundred and eleven TKA patients were divided into control (57 cases) and TXA (54 cases) groups. In TXA group, after the prosthesis placing and joint capsule incision suturing, 1.5 g TXA was given by intraarticular injection. Compared with control group, in TXA group the total blood loss, hidden blood loss, 24 h-drainage volume and blood transfusion rate were decreased, the hemoglobin level at postoperative 24 h was increased, and the C-reactive protein level was decreased, and the Hospital for Special Surgery score at postoperative six week was increased (all p < 0.05). The intraarticular injection of TXA can decrease the postoperative blood loss and drainage, reduce the inflammatory reaction, and promote the knee joint function recovery for patients receiving TKA.
