摘要
As a critical infrastructure component, the maritime transportation system plays a central role in today's world economy. COVID-19 had an outsized impact on the maritime transportation system-especially also in regards to its security and resilience. This work analyzes the impacts and devises recommendations geared to improve the security and resilience posture of the maritime transportation system in case of future disruptive or black swan type events.
