摘要
A novel on-chip spectrometer device using combined functionalities of a micro-ring resonator and a planar diffraction grating is proposed and demonstrated. The spectrometer has a 2 mm(2) footprint and exhibits 100 channels each with 0.05 nm FWHM. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
