摘要
Some of Co layers in Co/Pt multilayers are periodically substituted by Fe layers and perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the (Co, Fe)/Pt multilayers is investigated. These multilayers exhibit perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and the anisotropy energy constants are comparable to the values of Co/Pt. The anisotropy of Fe layers in (Co, Fe)/Pt multilayers may be induced by the interlayer interaction between Fe and Co layers via polarization of Pt. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
