摘要
Knowledge synergy is one of the important strategic thinking of organization in knowledge-based economy era. The characteristics of knowledge synergy are "1+1>2" effect emerged, knowledge complementarity, win-win situation, beneficial to knowledge innovation and big strategic value. Knowledge synergy is the essential feature of hospital work and help hospitals to adapt to changes in the environment, enhance clinical innovation, strengthen the core competitiveness and build a harmonious hospital. Hospitals should be adopted to conduct knowledge assessments, the application of information networks, building knowledge synergy organizations, strong external knowledge-oriented synergy and build a knowledge-oriented synergy and other measures to promote knowledge of context to work together.
